National Central University, NCU, is located in Jhongli, Taoyuan, Taiwan and it has become a home to more than 12,000 students. Currently NCU has 8 colleges, 22 undergraduate programs and 50 graduate programs. NCU is also one of the members of the University System of Taiwan (UST), sharing resources with National Tsing Hua University, National Chiao Tung University, and National Yang Ming University.

1. Official Degree Certificate.
When the original diploma issued by the institution is neither in Chinese nor English, an English or Chinese translation verified copy is required.
+ Undergraduate program applicants: High school (or above) graduation certificate;
+ Master’s program applicants: Bachelor’s degree (or above) graduation certificate; PhD program applicants: Master’s degree (or above) graduation certificate Applicants graduating in the current year should submit a certificate issued by the school/university for the forth-coming graduation.
Applicants who submitted Provisional Certificate should also upload a statement letter issued by the University graduated from to state the time to obtain the official degree certificate while applying. Once the applicant is offered admission, all official academic documents and their translations should be notarized by the R.O.C. (Taiwan) Embassy or R.O.C. (Taiwan) Representative Office in or near the country where the documents are issued. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the admission offer.
2. Full original official transcript of records (with the grading system, GPA and the rank in class). If you have attended more than one institution, separate official transcripts are required. When the original transcript issued by the institution is neither in Chinese nor English, an English or Chinese verified copy is required.
+ Undergraduate program applicants: Both Junior and Senior High school (or above) transcript; Master’s program applicants: Bachelor’s degree (or above) transcript;
+ PhD program applicants: Master’s degree (or above) transcript. If the duration of the study is not stated in the official transcript, please hand in either every transcript every semester or the proof of applicant’s duration of study from a secondary school or a college/university. When the original transcript issued by the institution is neither in Chinese nor English, an English or Chinese translation verified copy is required. Once the applicant is offered admission, all official academic documents and their translations should be notarized by the R.O.C. (Taiwan) Embassy or R.O.C. (Taiwan) Representative Office in or near the country where the documents are issued. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of the admission offer.
3. Proof of nationality: Passport (if applicable). If the applicant does not have the passport, the national ID or related identity certificate should be submitted.
